Section 44ZZS

On 6 November 2017 Part IV, Division 1A (Anti-competitive disclosure of pricing and other information) was repealed The Harper Reforms. None of the provisions in Division 1A were ever litigated.

The provision

In this Division:

disclose has a meaning affected by section 44ZZU.

Division 1A goods or services means goods or services to which this Division applies (see section 44ZZT).

evidential burden, in relation to a matter, means the burden of adducing or pointing to evidence that suggests a reasonable possibility that the matter exists or does not exist.

intermediary: see subsection 44ZZU(3).

private disclosure to competitors: see section 44ZZV.
