Previously named the Trade Practices Act 2010 - the name of the Act was changed on 1 January 2011. This change of name did not impact on the substance or numbering of the competition law provisions of the Act.

Many of the core provisions have been annotated with more annotations being added on a regular basis.

Please note that the changes brought about by the Harper Reforms have now been incorporated.
